Haval, a marque under Chinese SUV maker Great Wall Motors, started presales on Monday of a compact SUV called Cool Dog in the Tibet autonomous region.
Available in four variants, the Cool Dog is priced from 125,800 yuan to 149,800 yuan. It measures 4,520 mm in length, 1,875 mm in width and 1,745 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,710 mm.
The model sports a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. It features Tencent's TAI 3.0 system.
The Cool Dog is equipped with an audio system with 18 speakers. In collaboration with JVC, Haval said it is creating a "musical cabin" for drivers and passengers alike.
JVC, short for Japan Victor Company, is an electronics company established in 1927.
