On July 14, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 113 new cases of confirmed infections (49 imported cases, 13 in Fujian province, 11 in Guangdong province, 5 in Shanghai municipality, 3 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 3 in Chongqing municipality, 3 in Sichuan province, 3 in Yunnan province, 2 in Tianjin municipality, 2 in Liaoning province, 2 in Zhejiang province and 2 in Shandong province, including 3 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases, 2 in Zhejiang province and 1 in Guangdong province; 64 indigenous cases, 30 in Gansu province, 17 in Guangdong province, 7 in Hainan province, 6 in Shanghai municipality, 2 in Jiangxi province, 1 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region and 1 in Henan province, including 13 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases, 5 in Hainan province, 5 in Gansu province and 3 in Guangdong province), no deaths, and no new cases of suspected infections.

On July 14, 93 patients were released from hospital after being cured (41 imported cases; 52 indigenous cases, 32 in Anhui province, 11 in Shanghai municipality, 4 in Guangdong province, 4 in Shaanxi province and 1 in Shandong province). 8,659 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. The number of serious cases increased by 1.

As of 24:00 on July 14, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 19,929 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 19,480 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 449 confirmed cases (no serious cases) and no suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on July 14, the National Health Commission had received reports of 227,143 confirmed cases and 5,226 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 220,778 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 1,139 confirmed cases (1 case in serious condition) and no suspected cases. 4,411,966 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 123,882 were still under medical observation.

On July 14, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 420 new asymptomatic cases (52 imported cases; 368 indigenous cases, 165 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, 51 in Henan province, 41 in Gansu province, 39 in Shanghai municipality, 39 in Guangdong province, 13 in Jiangsu province, 9 in Shandong province, 7 in Jiangxi province, 3 in Fujian province and 1 in Hainan province).

On July 14, 282 asymptomatic cases were freed from medical observation (56 imported cases; 226 indigenous cases, 133 in Anhui province, 69 in Jiangsu province, 9 in Shanghai municipality, 5 in Liaoning province, 3 in Tianjin municipality, 3 in Guangdong province, 2 in Shaanxi province, 1 in Fujian province and 1 in Sichuan province). 16 asymptomatic cases became confirmed cases (including 3 imported cases). As of 24:00 on July 14, 3,336 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 372 imported cases).

As of 24:00 on July 14, 4,534,713 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 344,088 in Hong Kong (9,427 had died and 65,331 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 696 in Macao (5 had died and 181 had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 4,189,929 in Taiwan (7,917 had died and 13,742 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
