The 2022 Guangxi Holistic Tourism Market was held in Yulin from July 8 to 10, in which Hechi organized 10 companies to participate in activities like route promotion, food competitions, online markets, and offline markets.
The fourth edition of the Guangxi Holistic Tourism Market was jointly sponsored by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the Department of Commerce of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, as well as the Yulin municipal people's government. It focused on promoting business tourism and holistic tourism, as well as publicizing and showcasing Guangxi's characteristic tourism and rural tourism products.
During the event, various Hechi enterprises promoted tourism routes. They also promoted famous and high-quality specialties through graphic publicity boards, brochures, on-site explanations, as well as physical exhibitions to further expand the influence of the city's tourism resources and promote the high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry.
The event also held a "100 kinds of rural delicacies" selection competition, in which Hechi won seven awards. Among them, Zhuangxiang Shouyuan rice dumplings won the first prize of the special gold award, Bama mountain pork won the special gold award, while pot sticky mutton and fried pork ribs won the silver award in the hot dishes category.
