The recently-concluded third Qingdao Multinationals Summit, which was held from June 19 to 21 in Qingdao, Shandong province, demonstrated China's determination to expand high-level opening-up as well as further strengthened multinationals' confidence in the nation's economic growth prospects.
More than 5,600 participants from around the world attended the summit, both in person and online. They included representatives from 186 Fortune 500 companies and 290 leading industrial companies, as well as ambassadors, scholars and government officials, who all shared their views on various issues concerning "Multinationals and China".
