On July 11, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 107 new cases of confirmed infections (38 imported cases, 11 in Guangdong province, 8 in Shanghai municipality, 6 in Fujian province, 4 in Tianjin municipality, 2 in Jiangxi province, 2 in Yunnan province, 2 in Shaanxi province, 1 in Shandong province, 1 in Chongqing municipality and 1 in Sichuan province, including 2 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases, 1 in Tianjin municipality and 1 in Guangdong province; 69 indigenous cases, 22 in Guangdong province, 9 in Henan province, 9 in Hainan province, 8 in Shandong province, 5 in Shanghai municipality, 5 in Jiangsu province, 5 in Anhui province, 2 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 2 in Zhejiang province, 1 in Sichuan province and 1 in Shaanxi province, including 10 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases, 6 in Shandong province, 2 in Guangdong province, 1 in Zhejiang province and 1 in Sichuan province), no deaths, and no new cases of suspected infections.

On July 11, 94 patients were released from hospital after being cured (36 imported cases; 58 indigenous cases, 44 in Anhui province, 8 in Shandong province, 3 in Shanghai municipality, 1 in Beijing municipality, 1 in Jiangsu province and 1 in Shaanxi province). 4,109 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. The number of serious cases remained the same.

As of 24:00 on July 11, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 19,804 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 19,382 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 422 confirmed cases (no serious cases) and no suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on July 11, the National Health Commission had received reports of 226,811 confirmed cases and 5,226 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 220,525 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 1,060 confirmed cases (no cases in serious condition) and no suspected cases. 4,363,783 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 100,334 were still under medical observation.

On July 11, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 317 new asymptomatic cases (39 imported cases; 278 indigenous cases, 64 in Henan province, 54 in Shanghai municipality, 54 in Shandong province, 23 in Jiangsu province, 20 in Guangdong province, 19 in Anhui province, 19 in Gansu province, 11 in Fujian province, 7 in Hainan province, 3 in Jiangxi province, 3 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region and 1 in Shaanxi province).

On July 11, 191 asymptomatic cases were freed from medical observation (44 imported cases; 147 indigenous cases, 124 in Anhui province, 9 in Jiangsu province, 6 in Shandong province, 3 in Liaoning province, 2 in Yunnan province, 1 in Shanghai municipality, 1 in Guangdong province and 1 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region). 12 asymptomatic cases became confirmed cases (including 2 imported cases). As of 24:00 on July 11, 3,208 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 375 imported cases).

As of 24:00 on July 11, 4,444,157 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 342,359 in Hong Kong (9,419 had died and 65,009 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 642 in Macao (2 had died and 141 had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 4,101,156 in Taiwan (7,720 had died and 13,742 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
