Symposium held to promote clean energy cooperation in Alshaa League

On July 9, a symposium between the Administrative Office of the Alshaa League and Inner Mongolia Energy Power Generation Investment Group Co was held to discuss cooperation in clean energy.

Li Zhongzeng, deputy secretary of the CPC Alshaa League Committee and leader of the League, presided over the event. He Yuchun, chairman of Inner Mongolia Energy Power Generation Investment Group Co, Wang Limin, senior vice president of Mingyang Smart Energy Group Co and chairman of Northern Region, and Qin Yan and Kong Degui, leaders of the League, attended the symposium.

Li said that Inner Mongolia Energy Power Generation Investment Group is a backbone State-owned enterprise in the autonomous region with strong comprehensive power development strength and rich experience. As its strategic partner, Mingyang Smart Energy Group has obvious advantages in comprehensive development and application of clean energy.

"At present, our union is making great efforts to build an important 100 million kilowatt clean energy base in China, and the vision and goals of government and enterprises are highly consistent", Li said.

He added that he hopes enterprises will seize opportunities and give full play to their advantages, and State-owned enterprises, private enterprises and local governments will join forces to deepen strategic and pragmatic cooperation, push forward the implementation of projects, work together to seize the highland of clean energy development, work together to create a green electricity price depression, and strive to build a "clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient" new power system and green energy system.

He and Wang expressed their willingness to cooperate with Alshaa in a comprehensive way, and plan and lay out a series of large and good projects in clean energy technology application, product research and development, consumption and delivery, peak shaving and expansion, etc., so as to promote the cooperation between the two sides to achieve better results.
