Chengdu promotes China's dual carbon goals with panda-themed subway line

A panda-themed subway line meant to share exciting science knowledge was launched in Chengdu, Southwest China's Sichuan province on June 27, 2022.

Posters and illustrations elaborating China's dual carbon goals - peaking carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality before 2060 - as well as major measures the city is taking to achieve dual carbon goals can be seen all around the subway cabins. The promotion will last until July 24.
