Hechi establishes silkworm cocoon, silk artisan school

The Hechi Federation of Trade Unions held the unveiling ceremony of the Hechi Silkworm Cocoon and Silk Artisan School in Guangxi Jialian Silk on June 13.

The Hechi Silkworm Cocoon and Silk Artisan School is a vestibule school established around the city's silkworm cocoon and silk industry. The school will formulate corresponding education and training outlines and carry out training and teaching tasks based on the needs of the silkworm cocoon and silk industry. In addition to full-time teachers, it will employ professional part-time teachers.

An official of the Hechi Federation of Trade Unions said that the establishment of the Hechi Silkworm Cocoon and Silk Artisan School has the potential to promote the construction and reform of the city's industrial workforce and aid in the high-quality development of key industries.
