Crabapple blossom at Tianjin University to welcome spring

Crabapple blossoms are decorating Tianjin University with romance and splendor. As thousands of crabapple trees on both campuses of Tianjin University began to flower, the school's 11th Crabapple Blossom Festival kicked off.
The event attracted about 500,000 viewers online to enjoy the beauty of the crabapple blossoms, as well as activities such as a dubbing competition, movie screening and poetry reading.
Cultural and creative products such as canvas bags, badges, shirts, notebooks, and crabapple desserts were also launched during this time.
The festival has been held at Tianjin University every spring since 2012.
