This April, Beijing E-Town welcomed its fabulous Paulownia Avenue once again.
On Hongda North Road of the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA), pink paulownia flowers are blooming. Wandering along this road feels like walking into a fairytale world.
Paulownia is a fast-flowering tree. Every March to May, the tall and straight paulownia trees along the "Paulownia Avenue" in the BDA will bloom with lavender and pink-white flowers.
Thirty years ago, at the beginning of the construction of the BDA, the founders planted this 3,300-meter-long Paulownia Avenue with their own hands, hoping that this beautiful flower can guide the area's future development.
Thirty years later, the BDA has changed from a farmland to an innovative highland.
Paulownia trees along the avenue have grown tall and straight. Together with peach blossoms, spring flowers, magnolia flowers and other flowers, they have made the area beautiful and natural.
