On April 11, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 1,272 new cases of confirmed infections (21 imported cases, 5 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, 5 in Sichuan province, 4 in Shanghai municipality, 4 in Guangdong province and 3 in Fujian province, including 5 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases, 3 in Fujian province and 2 in Sichuan province; 1,251 indigenous cases, 994 in Shanghai municipality, 171 in Jilin province, 21 in Hainan province, 16 in Guangdong province, 14 in Jiangsu province, 11 in Zhejiang province, 4 in Beijing municipality, 4 in Fujian province, 3 in Shandong province, 3 in Henan province, 2 in Jiangxi province, 2 in Sichuan province, 1 in Shanxi province, 1 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 1 in Liaoning province, 1 in Heilongjiang province, 1 in Hubei province and 1 in Yunnan province, including 335 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases, 273 in Shanghai municipality, 29 in Jilin province, 19 in Hainan province, 6 in Guangdong province, 4 in Zhejiang province, 2 in Fujian province, 1 in Shanxi province and 1 in Jiangsu province), no new cases of suspected infections, and no deaths.

On April 11, 1,676 patients were released from hospital after being cured (35 imported cases; 1,641 indigenous cases, 1,207 in Jilin province, 273 in Shanghai municipality, 33 in Fujian province, 30 in Hebei province, 25 in Shandong province, 14 in Liaoning province, 12 in Heilongjiang province, 9 in Guangdong province, 6 in Zhejiang province, 5 in Shaanxi province, 4 in Jiangsu province, 4 in Yunnan province, 3 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, 2 in Tianjin municipality, 2 in Anhui province, 2 in Jiangxi province, 2 in Henan province, 2 in Hunan province, 2 in Sichuan province, 1 in Shanxi province, 1 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 1 in Chongqing municipality and 1 in Gansu province.) 29,818 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. The number of serious cases increased by 1.

As of 24:00 on April 11, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 17,902 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 17,546 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 356 confirmed cases (no serious cases) and 26 suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on April 11, the National Health Commission had received reports of 166,849 confirmed cases and 4,638 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 140,220 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 21,991 confirmed cases (including 77 cases in serious condition) and 26 suspected cases. 2,715,339 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 455,268 were still under medical observation.

On April 11, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 23,387 new asymptomatic cases (92 imported cases; 23,295 indigenous cases, 22,348 in Shanghai municipality, 598 in Jilin province, 62 in Jiangsu province, 61 in Anhui province, 44 in Hebei province, 36 in Hubei province, 24 in Liaoning province, 24 in Fujian province, 19 in Guangdong province, 18 in Zhejiang province, 18 in Jiangxi province, 13 in Shandong province, 11 in Henan province, 6 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, 4 in Yunnan province, 3 in Shanxi province, 3 in Qinghai province, 1 in Tianjin municipality, 1 in Heilongjiang province and 1 in Hainan province).

On April 11, 2,619 asymptomatic cases were freed from medical observation (99 imported cases; 2,520 indigenous cases, 1,176 in Jilin province, 380 in Shanghai municipality, 360 in Hebei province, 178 in Fujian province, 120 in Shandong province, 82 in Liaoning province, 74 in Anhui province, 41 in Jiangsu province, 37 in Jiangxi province, 16 in Heilongjiang province, 9 in Yunnan province, 9 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 8 in Henan province, 8 in Guangdong province, 7 in Gansu province, 6 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, 3 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 2 in Chongqing municipality, 1 in Tianjin municipality, 1 in Zhejiang province, 1 in Hubei province and 1 in Guizhou province). 340 asymptomatic cases became confirmed cases (including 5 imported cases). As of 24:00 on April 11, 240,324 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 887 imported cases).

As of 24:00 on April 11, 336,716 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 308,594 in Hong Kong (8,827 had died and 59,230 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 82 in Macao (all had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 28,040 in Taiwan (854 had died and 13,742 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
