The loop-line of the Guiyang urban express railway, China's first regional loop-line express rail, began operating on March 30.
The loop-line consists of 17 stations, and it takes 1 hour and 35 minutes to complete the 113-kilometer trip.
From March 30 to April 7, 8.5 pairs of trains will run on the line every day, and the number of trains will increase starting April 8.
A second-class ticket for the train is priced between 28 yuan ($4.41) and 51 yuan. The first train (C5802) departs at 7:30 am, while the last train (C5812) departs at 6:39 pm every day.
Each train will stop for four minutes at Guiyang Railway Station and two minutes at other stations.
The loop-line is connected with Guiyang's metro lines, buses, railways and airports to provide a convenient travel experience for locals and promote the coordinated development of Guiyang's districts and counties.
