The number of serious cases remained the same.

As of 24:00 on March 25, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 17,216 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 16,121 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 1,095 confirmed cases (increased 2 cases after verification, and including 1 case in serious condition) and 13 suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on March 25, the National Health Commission had received reports of 141,986 confirmed cases and 4,638 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 110,036 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 27,312 confirmed cases (increased 2 cases after verification, and including 50 cases in serious condition) and 13 suspected cases. 2,177,326 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 372,498 were still under medical observation.

As of 24:00 on March 25, 30,850 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 1,407 imported cases).

As of 24:00 on March 25, 305,176 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 282,631 in Hong Kong (6,962 had died and 40,357 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 82 in Macao (80 had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 22,463 in Taiwan (853 had died and 13,742 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
