BEIJING — A team of 10 traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) experts departed for Cambodia on March 15 to help the country fight the COVID-19 pandemic.
The team was organized by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and selected by the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. Some TCM experts have arrived in Cambodia ahead of the team to carry out medical assistance work.
The experts will work at the Cambodia-China Friendship Preah Kossamak Hospital, sharing China's experience in COVID-19 prevention and control, and treating patients using TCM.
They will also carry out the clinical diagnosis and treatment of other diseases, promote TCM technology, and help Cambodia improve its medical and health levels.
More TCM experts will be sent to help in Cambodia's anti-pandemic fight.
