On March 11, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 588 new cases of confirmed infections (112 imported cases, 30 in Guangdong province, 22 in Shanghai municipality, 12 in Sichuan province, 10 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, 7 in Shandong province, 7 in Gansu province, 5 in Beijing municipality, 4 in Henan province, 3 in Liaoning province, 2 in Tianjin municipality, 2 in Jilin province, 2 in Hubei province, 2 in Chongqing municipality, 1 in Heilongjiang province, 1 in Zhejiang province, 1 in Anhui province and 1 in Hunan province, including 22 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases, 11 in Sichuan, 4 in Henan, 4 in Guangdong, 1 in Zhejiang, 1 in Hunan and 1 in Guangxi; 476 indigenous cases, 159 in Shandong including 139 in Qingdao, 10 in Dezhou, 4 in Zibo, 2 in Weihai, 2 in Binzhou, 1 in Yantai and 1 in Weifang, 134 in Jilin including 66 in Jilin city, 63 in Changchun and 5 in Yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture, 35 in Tianjin including 15 in Xiqing district, 4 in Hexi district, 4 in Hongqiao district, 4 in Jinnan district, 3 in Nankai district, 3 in Wuqing district and 2 in Binhai New Area, 33 in Guangdong including 27 in Shenzhen, 4 in Dongguan and 2 in Guangzhou, 30 in Shaanxi province including 13 in Xi’an, 12 in Baoji, 4 in Hanzhong and 1 in Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industry Demonstration Zone, 23 in Zhejiang including 22 in Hangzhou and 1 in Huzhou, 22 in Hebei province including 13 in Cangzhou, 7 in Langfang, 1 in Shijiazhuang and 1 in Xingtai, 20 in Lianyungang, Jiangsu province, 5 in Shanghai including 2 in Minhang district, 2 in Pudong New Area and 1 in Baoshan district, 4 in Yunnan province including 2 in Kunming and 2 in Dehong Dai and Jingpo autonomous prefecture, 4 in Gansu including 3 in Lanzhou and 1 in Lanzhou New Area, 2 in Harbin, Heilongjiang, 1 in Daxing district, Beijing, 1 in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 1 in Xiamen, Fujian province, 1 in Puyang, Henan and 1 in Xining, Qinghai province, including 5 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases, 4 in Shandong and 1 in Gansu), 5 new cases of suspected infections (all were imported cases in Shanghai), and no deaths. 151 patients were released from hospital after being cured. 8,632 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. Serious cases remained the same.

As of 24:00 on March 11, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 16,106 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 13,540 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 2,566 confirmed cases (including 2 cases in serious condition) and 8 suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on March 11, the National Health Commission had received reports of 113,528 confirmed cases and 4,636 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 103,431 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 5,461 confirmed cases (including 6 cases in serious condition) and 8 suspected cases. 1,763,059 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 127,434 were still under medical observation.

On March 11, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 1,173 new asymptomatic cases (125 imported cases; 1,048 indigenous cases, 400 in Shandong including 312 in Qingdao, 70 in Weihai, 8 in Dezhou, 6 in Zibo, 2 in Yantai and 2 in Weifang, 266 in Jilin including 167 in Jilin city, 97 in Changchun, 1 in Yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture and 1 in Meihekou, 191 in Guangdong including 188 in Dongguan, 2 in Shenzhen and 1 in Jieyang, 78 in Shanghai including 19 in Minhang district, 11 in Jiading district, 10 in Xuhui district, 9 in Pudong New Area, 7 in Baoshan district, 5 in Songjiang district, 4 in Jinshan district, 3 in Huangpu district, 3 in Jing’an district, 3 in Hongkou district, 2 in Qingpu district, 1 in Changning district and 1 in Fengxian district, 40 in Gansu including 32 in Lanzhou New Area, 5 in Lanzhou, 2 in Baiyin and 1 in Tianshui, 22 in Hebei including 19 in Langfang and 3 in Cangzhou, 19 in Yunnan including 16 in Dehong Dai and Jingpo autonomous prefecture, 2 in Kunming and 1 in Lincang, 13 in Jiangsu including 12 in Lianyungang and 1 in Yangzhou, 6 in Tianjin including 2 in Hexi district, 2 in Jinnan district, 1 in Hongqiao district and 1 in Xiqing district, 5 in Guangxi including 3 in Fangchenggang and 2 in Chongzuo, 2 in Liaoning including 1 in Dandong and 1 in Fuxin, 2 in Zhejiang including 1 in Wenzhou and 1 in Jiaxing, 2 in Hainan province including 1 in Sanya and 1 in Qiongzhong Li and Miao autonomous county, 1 in Harbin, Heilongjiang and 1 in Zhangzhou, Fujian). 42 asymptomatic cases were freed from medical observation (including 38 imported cases) and 27 asymptomatic cases became confirmed cases (including 22 imported cases). As of 24:00 on March 11, 5,076 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 1,452 imported cases).

As of 24:00 on March 11, 272,469 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 251,224 in Hong Kong (3,444 had died and 26,242 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 82 in Macao (79 had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 21,163 in Taiwan (853 had died and 13,742 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
