Smart cities have become an inevitable trend of urban development. The continuous advancement of policies promotes the sustainable development of smart city construction.

iFLYTEK, an intelligent speech and artificial intelligence company, is working with the Shaanxi government and enterprises to create a new smart city ecology, focusing on expanding scenario applications in the field of people's livelihoods and enhancing people's sense of happiness and gain.

In June 2021, iFLYTEK deeply participated in Tongchuan’s smart city phase II construction. It integrated the advantages of AI technology and empowered Tongchuan to apply smart applications in the fields of education, medical care and people's livelihoods.

The smart medical service built by iFLYTEK for Tongchuan consists of two platforms: a smart medical service platform and a regional mobile doctor work platform.

The two platforms cover medical institutions at all levels in Tongchuan, including third-class hospitals, 11 secondary hospitals, 65 community service centers/township health centers and 500 village clinics. The system can provide diagnosis and treatment services for more than 700,000 residents in Tongchuan.

The system was launched last December. As of January 13, the platform had registered nearly 13,000 people, provided diagnosis and treatment services for more than 1,200 doctors, and helped more than 7,000 people make appointments.
