1. Wanda Plaza

The Wanda Plaza was opened on Dec 23 in Nicheng town in the Lin-gang Special Area, Shanghai.

There are 162 brand stores and 62 eateries in the shopping center, as well as the first iMAX cinema in the Lin-gang Special Area.

2. Euroland

Euroland is a special business circle near the waterfront. There are nearly 30 gourmet shops, as well as various recreational areas. Residents can walk around the lake during the daytime, enjoying the shining lights at night.

3. Bailian Lin-gang Living Center

As the first shopping center in a community in the Lin-gang Special Area, the Bailian Lin-gang Living Center includes education, restaurants and catering and other commercial ventures, to fully meet the needs of residents.

4. One Plaza

One Plaza, or Yihanjingcui in Chinese, integrates restaurants and catering and education training services. It is set to build a 15-minute living circle for the Yihaojiayuan community, with restaurants and catering, education and other services.

Harbor City Plaza is a one-stop shopping center integrating eating, drinking, entertainment and shopping services. There are also KTVs, hotels and cinemas.

With a construction area of 60,000 square meters, there is the Grand Mercure Hotel, a hospital and a commercial street, as well as a fitness center at the Land of Wonder, or Lin-gang Lanwantiandi in Chinese.

1. Aegean Sea Shopping Park

The Aegean Sea Shopping Park will have a commercial complex and a special style commercial street. It is scheduled to open for business in 2023.

2. Lin-gang longguang blue whale world

With a floor space of 500,000 sq m, the sea-themed shopping center will have retail discount stores, large supermarkets, hotels, as well as a residential area with villas. It aims to be a municipal landmark and it is scheduled to open in 2023.

3. Shuihua Road shopping mall

The planned shopping mall at the 02-01 land parcel of Shuihua Road will be the first large home shopping mall in Lin-gang Special Area. It will include four floors and one underground parking facility. A public transport hub will also be built there. It is predicted to open for business in 2024.
