The 48th Harbin ice lantern fair has opened to the public in Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province. Themed around “the Lights of Winter Olympics, Colorful Ice Lanterns”, it is holding various competitions and activities to attract local residents and tourists to view its ice lanterns and ice sculptures.
