Hechi specialties popular at 21st Guangxi agro-product fair

During the 21st Guangxi Famous and Special Agricultural Products Trade Fair that was held in Guilin between Dec 30, 2021 and Jan 2, Hechi organized 35 companies to participate and they exhibited products that totaled 146 categories, covering planting, breeding, forest products and their processed products.

Five Hechi agricultural enterprises, namely Guangxi Donglan Guilong Ecological Agriculture Technology, Hechi Liulong Tea Industry, Guangxi Boqing Food, Guangxi Haijia Food Technology, and Guangxi Huicheng Food as well as oranges from Guangxi Mulun Ecological Agriculture Development and the dry lotus root vermicelli from Tian'e Shangada Ecological Products Processing, were selected into the fourth batch of Guangxi agricultural brand catalogs. Tian'e county successfully signed a contract to become the digital production base of the Guangxi agricultural brand.

In addition, Hechi's "Handheld Agriculture" mobile data collection system was also shown during the event, demonstrating the developmental effects of Hechi's digital agriculture.

Hechi specialties such as silk products, ganoderma tea, chestnuts, camellia oil, walnut oil, Qibainong chicken, dry lotus root vermicelli, wine, grape beverages and  beef attracted many consumers.

On Dec 30, 2021, Hechi signed 10 contracts for production and marketing, with a total contract value of more than 550 million yuan ($86.4 million), which further enhanced the visibility and influence of the city's agricultural brands.
