Great Wall Motors' leading brand, Haval, is turning itself into a customer-centric brand to further drive its growth.
The brand, with total deliveries exceeding 7 million units, is showcasing 11 models at the Guangzhou auto show, including the H6S, the Shenshou, the Dagou and the Chitu.
Despite the ongoing chip crisis, Haval sold 606,451 units in the first 10 months this year, up 12 percent from the same period last year.
This has made it the first ever SUV brand to sell over 7 million vehicles globally.
Li Xiaorui, Haval CEO, said the marque has streamlined its structure so it can connect with the customers in a very efficient way.
"A leading structure is key to our success. We will continue evolving to stay innovative," said Li.
Haval has been organizing events for its customers and fans. Its social media accounts combined have over 10 million followers. It has streamed 178,000 live events, with total views exceeding 1 billion.
