An industrial park co-construction trial plan for Guiyang and Guian New Area in Southwest China's Guizhou province was recently released, encouraging six districts, the county-level city of Qingzhen, and four State-level development zones to establish industrial parks in Guian.
The administrative committees involved in the plan will be mainly responsible for the cooperation.
Targeting standard workshops, office buildings, and other relevant buildings available in Guian New Area, the two sides will focus on big data electronic information, equipment manufacturing, new materials, new energy, eco-friendly special food, textiles, biomedicine, green finance, trade and logistics, clothing, and innovation and entrepreneurship.
Guian and Guiyang will coordinate their efforts in business introduction and investment promotion, and encourage top enterprises now based in Guiyang's districts to resettle in the newly-established industrial parks in Guian.
The trial plan also clarifies the cooperation details for both sides, including investment in public supporting facilities, economic indicator collection, tax revenue distribution, aid fund sharing, and land supply.
The plan will further accelerate the integrated development of Guiyang and Guian, promote the construction of industrial clusters, and establish a modern industrial system that features division of labor.
