The entry and exit administration service windows on Zhenhai Road and Wuyuan Bay in Xiamen, Fujian province were reopened on Oct 11 as the COVID-19 situation has come under control.

According to the city's entry and exit authority, those who need to apply for or collect entry or exit certificates must make an online appointment before visiting the windows.

The appointment can be made on the "i厦门" WeChat mini app, the official WeChat account of Xiamen entry and exit authority (厦门出入境), "闽政通" service app, or by calling the local service hotline 114.

In addition, many other administrative departments, such as the Xiamen administrative service center and the market regulation bureau of Xiang'an district, have also resumed operations. Appointments should be made in advance before visiting these departments.

Residents must strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and control measures when visiting the service windows. They are required to wear masks, have their temperature taken, present their travel history QR codes and reservation information, and maintain a distance of at least one meter from others.
