An investment roadshow for East China's Zhejiang province – held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province on Sept 16 – witnessed the signing of 308 investment projects worth a combined 94.9 billion yuan ($14.68 billion).
Among all the investment projects, five were signed between Guiyang and Zhejiang, 158 were industrial projects worth a combined 46.75 billion yuan, 50 were agricultural projects worth 4.94 billion yuan and 100 were modern service projects worth a total of 3.21 billion yuan.
There were also two cooperation agreements and 20 industrial projects signed at the event. These involved basic materials, advanced equipment manufacturing, medicine, modern chemicals engineering, organic food, traditional Chinese medicinal materials, big data, tourism and commerce.
The event was also broadcast online for international Zhejiang chambers of commerce, the Guizhou chambers of commerce, Guizhou investment promotion departments and various federations of industry and commerce.
