Zhejiang to be spotlighted at CIFTIS

East China's Zhejiang province will attend the 2021 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) as the only guest province of honor.

The 2021 CIFTIS is scheduled to be held in Beijing from Sept 2 to 7. The tagline for this year's fair is "Towards a Digital Future and Service Driven Development".

At the fair, Zhejiang authorities will hold numerous promotional events to attract business partners and investors for the province's service sectors.

The comprehensive exhibition hall of Zhejiang is 304 square meters in area, four times the size of last year's fair. The hall will feature 34 leading enterprises and three national-level platforms in the province's digital service sector, which have brought their latest technologies and application scenarios for digital trade.

Latest statistics show that Zhejiang's service imports and exports stood at 292.4 billion yuan ($45.2 billion) over the first seven months of this year, up 30.97 percent year-on-year.
