A knowledge service headquarters cluster is taking shape around Jiulong Lake in Guangzhou's Huangpu district.
It will consist of a unicorn headquarters cluster that provides comfortable office areas, smart talent apartments, and catering services for enterprises having a market value of at least $1 billion before going public, an international business center, and an international talent service headquarters.
In addition, a 330-meter knowledge tower, 338-meter culture tower, 330-meter biology tower, 180-meter Macao tower and 200-meter Guangzhou international innovation-driven center will grace the skyline and become new landmarks.
The Macao tower is positioned as a multinational headquarters base for Portuguese-speaking countries, and will bring in service centers for consulates, an international conference center, an international hotel, talent apartments, a maker space and a Portuguese cultural center.
The international innovation-driven center will focus on biological health, new-generation information technology and the headquarters economy, providing impetus to the scientific and technological innovation in the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City.
