Nearly 4b in projects signed at China-Arab States Expo

A total of 13 projects in trade and economic cooperation, valued at 3.996 billion yuan ($615 million), were signed on Thursday during the fifth China-Arab States Expo.

Among the 13 projects, two are related to overseas investment and total 633 million yuan. Three were overseas contracted engineering projects, valued at 1.32 billion yuan. Others include a foreign investment project at 28 million yuan, four trade contract projects with total value reaching 580 million yuan, two East-West cooperation projects with investment totaling 1.46 billion yuan, and a strategic cooperation project.

The project covering a wide range of areas, including infrastructure facility construction, new energy, modern agriculture, equipment manufacturing, biomedical and general aviation.
