'Eight big bowls' typify Jiangxi's famous heat and spice

Sampling local cuisine is a great way to learn about a place.

In this video, China Daily's foreign reporter Matt Bossons travels to Fenyi county in Xinyu, East China's Jiangxi province to try "eight big bowls", or the eight famous local specialties, which include Fenyi snails, spicy duck and braised tilapia.
