China to expand cross-border e-commerce, overseas warehouses

Cross-border e-commerce has become the new driving force for foreign trade, new channels for transformation and upgrading and new means for high quality development. And overseas warehouses are the important links for cross-border e-commerce. The State Council issued a circular on July 9 to boost their development.
