Japanese crime writer's work to be staged in Wuhan

Based on the novel by Keigo Higashino, a popular Japanese crime writer, the suspense drama The Murder at the Corridor Pavilion will be staged at the Qintai Grand Theater in Wuhan, Hubei province, on July 24 and 25.

Reflecting the novel’s unique style, the drama has been put on at the Qintai many times, and has brought great applause from audiences.

The drama is also considered to be “physical theater”, and creates a vivid depiction of Keigo’s deep compassion for women through its gripping plots.
