On July 10, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 24 new cases of confirmed infections (12 imported cases, 4 in Yunnan province, 3 in Shanghai municipality, 2 in Sichuan province, 1 in Guangdong province, 1 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region and 1 in Shaanxi province; 12 indigenous cases in Yunnan), 1 new case of suspected infections (an imported case in Shanghai), and no deaths. 19 patients were released from hospital after being cured. 559 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. Serious cases decreased by 1.

In all, 6,386 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 411 confirmed cases (including 3 cases in serious condition) and 3 suspected cases.
As of 24:00 on July 10, the National Health Commission had received reports of 92,039 confirmed cases and 4,636 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 86,937 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 466 confirmed cases (including 3 cases in serious condition) and 3 suspected cases. 1,066,268 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 7,525 were still under medical observation.

As of 24:00 on July 10, 475 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 467 imported cases).
As of 24:00 on July 10, 27,223 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 11,950 in Hong Kong (212 had died and 11,652 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 55 in Macao (53 had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 15,218 in Taiwan (736 had died and 11,698 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
