Binjiang swimming pool, the largest outdoor pool in Nantong, reopened to the public on July 6.
Located in the Binjiang Sport Park in Langshan National Forest Park, the pool covers an area of 8,500 square meters and has a manmade beach measuring more than 10,000 square meters.
Admission is priced at 30 yuan ($4.65) per person. Children up to 1.4 meters in height, people aged 65 and older, and Langshan National Forest Park annual ticket holders can enter the pool for free.
The pool's operational hours from July 6 to Aug 31 are 2 pm to 9 pm from Monday to Friday, and 1 pm to 9 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Entry to the pool after 8:30 pm is prohibited.
Tourists are required to have their temperatures taken and present their health QR codes before entering the pool.
Visitors who are under 18 years of age or 65 years old and above must be accompanied with an adult family member.
People with high blood pressure, heart diseases, mental diseases and infectious diseases, and intoxicated visitors will not be allowed to enter the pool.
A summer night carnival featuring a variety of performances and activities will kick off at the pool on July 9.
A night bazaar will also be open from 6:30 pm to 8 pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from July 9 to Aug 31.
