The CNIPA recently approved the Request for Application for Establishing China (Inner Mongolia) Intellectual Property Protection Center, indicating that the number of such centers under construction and in operation has reached 50 in China.
The Inner Mongolia IP Protection Center will be the first IP protection center in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the first provincial-level center among the five autonomous regions in China. The Center will carry out fast collaborative IP protection for biological and new materials industries. This is of great significance for supporting the building and development of important national bases for energy and strategic resource and production bases for agricultural and livestock products, and helping to enhance the scientific and technological capacity of related industries.
