Northeast China's Jilin province announced how it plans to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) during a press conference held in its capital city Changchun on June 8, according to local media reports.
The province will organize a seminar in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, and hold symposiums to study important speeches in depth.
CPC history studying activities, themed exhibitions, as well as related artistic performances, will also be held in the province.
Jilin will hold a "theoretical seminar" to celebrate the 100th anniversary, select 100 excellent theoretical articles, and edit and publish a collection of theses on the subject.
In addition, provincial officials will visit Party members and the families of martyrs.
