A new college inaugurated the establishment at Lanzhou University

The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biosafety of Lanzhou University (LZU), jointly established by LZU and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, was inaugurated at Chengguan Campus on June 16.

The college is committed to the construction of veterinary medicine academic degree program and biological medicine professional degree program and will start postgraduate admissions in 2022. The college plans to cultivate talents through an individualized, internationalized and specialized mode. Positioned as a cutting-edge research-oriented college that attaches equal importance to basic and applied research, the college is aiming to serve national strategy and regional economic and social development through the integration of industry, study and academic research.
