Endangered riverine birds grow in population in Yunnan

In the Daying River basin in Dehong Dai and Jingpo autonomous prefecture, Yunnan province, a river tern (sterna aurantia) couple is busy looking after their second nest of chicks. A threatened species, these birds can only be spotted reliably in this area of China.
