The added value of Tai'an's primary, secondary and tertiary industries hit 36.18 billion yuan, 134.98 billion yuan, and 161.22 billion yuan, respectively, in 2023, increases of 4.6 percent, 8.3 percent, and 5.3 percent over the previous year.
Culture
Tai'an is a treasure trove of cultural and tourism resources and has 70 A-level tourist attractions, including one 5A-level and 12 4A-level sites. The acclaimed Mount Tai is a UNESCO world natural and cultural heritage site.
