Daxing people's court upgrades services

The people's court of Daxing district, Beijing recently rolled out 10 judicial measures to benefit local people with increased fairness and efficiency.

Through platforms such as WeChat mini program and the mobile micro-court, parties to dispute can receive case filing services online. Meanwhile, the court has added a commissioner to help seniors who are not familiar with the internet or smart phone operations to complete offline processing.

The court also cooperated with relevant departments involving different territories to promote one-stop resolutions to disputes over domestic relations, traffic accidents, labor arbitration and juvenile delinquency.

The litigation hotline has been upgraded. People are able to dial 12368 to contact judges or consultants, with the average waiting time for incoming calls shortened to less than 30 seconds.
