Jetta, a brand that spun off Volkswagen in 2019, is presenting its latest models at the Shanghai auto show that runs till April 28.
Of them is a limited model that celebrates the brand's 30-year history in China, the world's largest vehicle market.
As one of the first Volkswagen models in China, over 4.6 million Jettas have been sold over the past three decades.
The other heavyweight models include the VS7 Heifeng version and the limited VS7 Panda version.
The name was probably because Jetta models are produced in FAW-Volkswagen's plant in Chengdu, Sichuan province, which is known for hot pots and pandas.
The Heifeng version was the one that rolled off the assembly line at the Chengdu plant as FAW-Volkswagen's 5 millionth vehicle.
