Chinese SUV brand Haval kicked off presales of its Chitu SUV on Tuesday at the Shanghai auto show, priced from 109,800 yuan to 126,800 yuan.
The model, built on the Lemon platform, is available in three gasoline variants and has one plug-in hybrid version.
It sports a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine and a seven-speed transmission and has four driving modes.
The Chitu SUV has a class-leading wheelbase of 2,700 mm to boast extra legroom.
In terms of smart features, it boasts Level 2 autonomous driving functions, ID recognition, and can detect the driver's emotions.
To appeal to the customers, Haval has named the vehicle' colors with popular names among the young.
