Tuoluo pastry (拖罗饼/Tuoluo Bing) is a famous snack and local specialty in Huazhou, a county-level city in Maoming, and is a key tribute which local people use to worship the moon goddess during the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Its main ingredients include high-quality flour, shredded coconut, roast pork and sesame. These are combined and, following several processes like soaking, washing, cooling and frying, are made into fillings for the pastry. The finished product is golden in color and looks like a bright moon, with a crispy skin and a sweet filling.

The history of Huazhou Tuoluo pastry can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty (618-907). It has now been rated as a "Famous Cantonese Snack" and the "Famous Chinese Snack".

The techniques used in its creation were listed among the fourth batch of provincial-level intangible cultural heritages in Guangdong in 2012.
