BEIJING -- China's top court on Tuesday published a regulation on the jurisdiction over cases of the Beijing Financial Court (BFC) to ensure its accurate law applications.
Composed of 13 articles, the regulation clarifies the scope of three types of cases under the jurisdiction of the BFC, namely finance-related civil and commercial cases, administrative cases and enforcement cases, said the Supreme People's Court.
The BFC to be soon opened has jurisdiction commensurate with an intermediate people's court in hearing such cases in Beijing, stipulates the regulation.
Chinese lawmakers ratified a decision on the establishment of the BFC at a session of China's national legislature in January.
