A large park with hot springs in Chongqing municipality has become a prime destination for residents and tourists.
Chongqing Central Park in the city's Yubei district is thought to be the largest urban public park in Asia and the third-largest in the world after New York's Central Park and London's Hyde Park.
Construction took nearly two years, from 2011 to 2013, with a total investment of 4.6 billion yuan ($707million). The park has an 86,000-square-meter underground parking lot that can accommodate around 1,300 vehicles.
