Sino-Japanese joint venture GAC Honda launched its first electric sedan, the EA6, on Wednesday.
Unlike most of its models, the sedan was introduced from GAC and developed by GAC in collaboration with GAC Honda.
The model, available in two variants, are priced at 167,800 yuan and 189,800 yuan respectively.
It has class-leading dimensions:4,800 mm in length, 1,880 mm in width and 1,530 mm in height. The EA6 has the longest wheelbase of 2,750 mm.
It has a maximum output of 135 kW and a top torque of 300 Nm. It has a driving range of 510 km on one charge in accordance with the NEDC standard, and sprints from zero to 50 km/hour in 3.5 seconds.
Inside the car, it has the dual 12.3-inch screen design, namely the dashboard and the central console display.
The car features an operating system by Chinese tech giant Tencent. The system is capable of such functions as as voice command.
