Midea's household central air-conditioning project has an investment of 800 million yuan.
The project aims to expand the production capacity of Midea home-style central air-conditioning. The first phase will be transferred to eight production lines in Wuhan to produce air duct machines, small multi-connected products and air energy water heaters.
After the project is completed, it is estimated that about 2 million sets of central air conditioners will be produced every year, and the output value will reach 4 billion yuan.
