North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region will take measures to build a market-oriented, legalized and international business environment.
The steps were announced at a business environment conference held on Feb 18 by Inner Mongolia’s government in its capital city Hohhot.
The relevant person in charge of Inner Mongolia’s Development and Reform Commission introduced that the problems and deficiencies in the autonomous region’s business environment are primarily related to low administrative approval efficiency, complex approval procedures and long approval time.
Inner Mongolia will continue to provide convenience for new businesses and improve government service items from the following aspects:
It will promote the deep integration of online and offline government services to simplify approval procedures, cut service fees and shorten approval time. It will also reduce the number of materials that are required to be submitted.
It will carry out the in-depth implementation of the State Council’s "Regulations on Optimizing the Business Environment" and formulate the "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Action Plan for Optimizing the Business Environment" before the end of 2021.
It will promote the development of a government under the rule of law and strengthen the creation of a credible government.
Meanwhile, Inner Mongolia will insist on equal market access and strictly prohibit all departments from issuing negative lists with market access characteristics. The autonomous region will also enhance intellectual property protection and clean up and rectify issues related to corporate fees.
