Intricate formations of rime cover trees lining the Songhua River in Jilin city on Feb 7. In winter, mist from the Songhua's surface condenses in the form of frost onto the surrounding branches when it's very cold, creating the natural phenomenon. [Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn]
