The China (Wuxi) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone Exhibition Center was launched in Wuxi's Xinwu district on Feb 3, along with a comprehensive service center and online-to-offline experience center for bonded imports.

In the exhibition center, the development and construction effects of the comprehensive bonded pilot zone are shown through a dynamic visualization platform.

The integrated service center can provide enterprises with a full range of one-stop online and offline cross-border e-commerce services. It features an incubation center, a professional service platform, a supply-chain platform, a traceability platform, a financial services platform, and public overseas warehouses.

Consumers can obtain items exhibited in the 500-square-meter online-to-offline experience center for bonded imports as soon as they complete customs clearance procedures. About 1,500 high-quality beauty and personal care products, household items, luxury bags, and baby products are provided.

The cross-border e-commerce industry is growing fast in Wuxi, and the Wuxi Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone was approved for establishment in July 2018.

In 2020, Wuxi's cross-border e-commerce imports and exports grew by 19.76 percent to $2.57 billion, of which $397 million came from the Wuxi National Hi-tech District, a year-on-year increase of 24.8 percent.
