Guizhou strives to further optimize business environment

Southwest China's Guizhou province recently issued measures to improve the business environment and better serve market entities, developing both the domestic and international economic cycle.

The measures include simplifying the government affairs application procedures and reducing the cost of application. The province will offer preferential policies on land usage, housing, labor, electricity, water, gas, logistics, tax and financing to industrial parks, helping them attract more companies.

Government-owned industrial funds should introduce private equity investment from financial institutions, making it easier for companies to apply for loans.

All government departments should release supporting policies for companies and establish service windows at county-level government affairs service centers to encourage companies to use preferential measures.

Guizhou will recruit deputies to the National People's Congress, CPPCC members, business association members, journalists and other people as volunteers to supervise the business environment.

The supervisors will be trained and give opinions and advice on the administrative, market and legal environments.

The province will also set service specialists to help enterprises with company application, loan application and dispute resolution. Companies can also safeguard their rights and interests through phone and e-mail services.
