The top 100 retail enterprises recorded 8.6 trillion yuan ($1.27 trillion) sales volume in 2019, up 17.3 percent year-on-year, according to the ranking released by China General Chamber of Commerce and China National Commercial Information Center on Sept 16.
As per the release, total sales of the top 100 retailers accounted for more than 20 percent of the total retail sales of consumer goods in 2019.
