A total of 26 cutting-edged innovation outcomes from 25 companies in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region made their debut during the 23rd China Beijing International High-tech Expo (CHITEC), which opened on Sept 17 and will last until Sept 20.
Guangxi exhibitors have utilized a variety of forms, such as exhibits, pictures, and audio, to showcase Guangxi's latest outcomes, products, and technologies achieved during the process of implementing its innovation-driven development strategy.
The exhibition areas of Guangxi are divided into six sections, spanning the aluminum industry, advanced manufacturing, information technology, medicine, and artificial intelligence.
"We ran out of all our promotional materials on the first day of the exhibition and four exhibitors have discussed business cooperation opportunities with us," said an exhibitor from a company in Baise involved in the aluminum industry, whose products have sold well at home and abroad.
Guangxi exhibitors will make full use of the opportunities at CHITEC to carry out measures like talent recruitment, technical negotiations, as well as matchmaking for the transformation and transfer of scientific outcomes and technologies.
It is expected that more technical support will be available for Guangxi's advantageous industries and pillar industries, as well as more cooperation opportunities for high-tech companies and scientific small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
First held in 1998, CHITEC is now a major national high-tech expo. The prior editions have attracted a total of 1,165 overseas delegations from more than 100 countries and regions, while 37,704 companies and organizations from home and abroad have participated in the event.
